1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We take pride in preparing your order with attention to detail. Please review our processing timelines:

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, followed by a dispatch notification once your package is handed over to our courier partner.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with premium courier services to ensure the safe delivery of your fragrances across India.

• Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹5,000.
• Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹5,000, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, standard delivery within India typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or non-metro areas may require additional time.

3. Order Tracking

We want you to be able to follow your fragrance's journey. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress directly through our courier partner’s tracking portal.

4. Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.

• ADORED AIR is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or multiple failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply to dispatch the order again.

5. International Shipping

Currently, ADORED AIR ships exclusively within India. We are working diligently to expand our olfactory journey globally. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
