However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we have outlined our strict return guidelines below to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. The 24-Hour Return Window

If you wish to return your product, you must initiate the return request strictly within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Any return requests placed after the 24-hour timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Condition of the Product (Seal Integrity)

Due to the personal nature of luxury fragrances and strict hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on products that are in their original, untouched condition.

  • The outer packaging seal must be completely unbroken and intact.
  • If the package seal is broken, tampered with, or if the box has been opened, the product is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return within the 24-hour window, you must follow our mandatory verification process:

  • Send an email to info@adordair.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include your Order Number in the subject line.
  • You must attach clear images of the delivered package from multiple angles, clearly showing that the seal is unbroken and intact.
  • Include a brief reason for the return request.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your email and verify the images, our team will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Please note:

  • Upon receiving the returned item at our facility, it will undergo a physical inspection.
  • If the physical inspection reveals that the seal was broken or the product was used, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.
  • If the product passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged bottle or an incorrect item, please email us immediately within 24 hours with clear images of the damage or the wrong product, and our team will arrange a prompt replacement.
